FINANCIAL PLANNING







                  For all the services we offer, it is the responsibility of your financial planner to ensure the
                  advice is suitable for you and in your best interest.
                  All recommendations will be made based on the information you have provided and with
                  a view to meeting your objectives.







            CHARGES



            We won’t charge you for the first meeting and you won’t be asked to pay anything until we have agreed
            what work you’d like us to proceed with.





            Service Levels


            We offer two levels of service, ongoing and one-off advice.





                   Ongoing service

                   After establishing a plan with you, your financial planner will conduct reviews with you
                   at least once a year, and you will also receive periodic updates on how your plan is
                   performing. You will have complete access to your planner, who is only a quick call or
                   email away. This service is particularly relevant as you approach and enter pension
                   drawdown.









                   One-off advice

                   Your financial planner will conduct a review of your circumstances, highlighting where
                   you would benefit from our advice. Once our level of service has been agreed, you’ll
                   receive a report outlining recommendations, which may be suitable to carry out on a
                   transactional basis. At any point, if your circumstances change, you can always switch
                   to the ongoing service.
